A carpenter and a painter
Cottonwood Construction is two owners and a small crew in Lincoln. Christian came up as a carpenter and Jacob as a painter, and both of us have years of historic and high-end work behind us.
Christian Gauthier
Co-owner · Field lead
A carpenter by background, with experience across many scopes. Christian leads execution on every project and owns the quality we promise. When a design question comes up on site, he's usually the one working it out.
Jacob Den Beste
Co-owner · Office lead
A painter by background. Jacob handles drawings, samples, pricing and scheduling, and he's on site regularly. He's your first call from the first visit to the final invoice.
We overlap more than the titles suggest. We're both strong in paint and carpentry, which is why the trim we build is planned around how it will be finished.
